Arrow Flow does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information to play.

The app may process the following types of information:

Local game progress

Arrow Flow stores gameplay progress locally on your device, including levels completed, stars, coins, hearts, streaks, best moves, best times, settings, and similar gameplay preferences.

This information is stored on your device and is not linked to an account.

Purchase information

If you choose to buy the optional Remove Ads - Lifetime purchase, the purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and managed with RevenueCat.

We may receive or process limited purchase-related information such as product ID, purchase status, entitlement status, and anonymous app user identifiers used to verify whether the Remove Ads entitlement is active.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

Advertising and app usage data

Arrow Flow uses Google AdMob to show ads to non-premium users. AdMob and related Google services may process information such as device identifiers, advertising ID, ad interactions, approximate app usage data, diagnostics, and other data needed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

You can manage ad personalization and advertising ID controls through your device and Google settings.

App review and app update services

Arrow Flow may use Google Play services for in-app review prompts and in-app updates. These services are provided by Google and may process information according to Google’s own privacy policies.

2. Local Storage

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall Arrow Flow or clear the app data from your device settings, your local progress may be permanently deleted.

Optional purchase status may be restored through Google Play and RevenueCat if the same Google account is eligible for the purchase.

3. Third-Party Services

Arrow Flow may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing — to process optional in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat — to manage purchase status and the Remove Ads entitlement.
• Google AdMob — to display and measure advertisements.

Arrow Flow is a general audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• Play Arrow Flow without creating an account.
• Disable personalized ads through your device or Google ad settings.
• Clear local progress by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, or reset the device.

Purchase-related records may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as needed to verify purchases, prevent fraud, provide purchase restoration, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

We use platform-supported services such as Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to handle purchases securely. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
