1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, or downloading, installing, and playing Arrow Flow, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please discontinue your use of our application immediately.

2. Description of Service

Arrow Flow is a mobile puzzle game that provides 150 offline levels, daily challenges, and offline Ghost Rival features. Arrow Flow operates without requiring an account, login, or cloud sync.

• Local Progress: Your game progress, including stars, coins, and best times, is saved locally on your device. Dropine Media LLC is not responsible for any lost game data if you uninstall the app or clear app data.
• Ghost Rivals & Leaderboards: There is no real online leaderboard. Ghost Rivals are generated offline bot/practice scores for motivation.
• Ads and Rewards: The game may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob to non-premium users. Viewing rewarded ads to receive in-game items is entirely optional.

3. In-App Purchases

Arrow Flow may offer an optional "Remove Ads - Lifetime" purchase:

• Billing Management: All purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing.
• Entitlement Management: Your Remove Ads entitlement status may be managed securely through RevenueCat to ensure your purchase is recognized.
• Refunds: Refund requests for in-app purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Arrow Flow brand name, logos, level designs, mechanics, graphic assets, and underlying application source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Dropine Media LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our game or assets without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arrow Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your binding agreement to the updated Terms.
